I have called CDI and they no longer have a manual for this 86' model furl system. The unit I have, does not have a drum, only a sheave (continuous) which a line runs through. I am not sure how this whole thing is going to work. I have never worked on a furl system. I have used a drum type a few times .... but I have no idea on how to set this thing up. The luff is made out of sections of aluminum and is not plastic.
I have down loaded a manual on the Flexible Furler 1 for an overall view of operation. Sure would like to get a copy of the original manual.
Any help would be appreciated.
