Fits the Catalina 25 tall rig only. Includes two sheaves for internal all line halyards.
Early boats had four sheaves for wire and a fore and aft divider plate. If you are still using wire halyards, order the divider plate and wire sheaves separately.

The portion of the casting that slides into the extrusion:
• Fore-to-aft length: 4"
• Width: 2-7/8"

Outside dimensions of mast extrusion this masthead is intended to fit:
• Width: 3.25"
• Fore and aft: 5.014"

Since this part is no longer available, here is an idea that may be a solution:
• The spud that fits into the mast is not typically the portion that is damaged.
• Salvage the bottom portion of your damaged tall rig masthead by cutting off the top.
• Purchase a new standard rig masthead (below under "May we also suggest").
• Cut the spud off of the bottom of the new standard rig masthead.
• Have a certified welder weld the spud off of the bottom of the old masthead onto the bottom of the new masthead.

• It takes practiced skill to weld aluminum. Do not trust this project to your shade tree mechanic buddy. If it fails, serious injury to you or your crew could result!
