Opening Port "New Standard" Size 1

This is the replacement for the original size 1 "Old Standard" opening port. This "New Standard" fits the same cutout in the deck and is also a direct replacement for newer boats that were originally equipped with the "New Standard" ports. The dogs on the "New Standard" ports have been redesigned and have a different look. The original "Old Standard" port is no longer available.

The "Old Standard" Lewmar was produced from 1982 through 1999. If your boat was built shortly after that date, be careful. You may have a newer boat that Catalina Yachts built using "Old Standard" ports that were still in inventory. The size 1 ports were used on many Catalinas in the quantities listed below:

(2 ea) on the CP-26, C-270, C-27 (one customer with a 1988 C-27 reports his boat used two size 0), C-28, C-37 and C-42

(4 ea) on the C-30 and C-38

(7 ea) on the C-320

(8 ea) on the C-34

(6 ea) on the C-36

Height: 133mm (about 5-1/4")

Width: 309mm (about 12-5/32")

Dimensions of the Frame:

Cutout: 171mm x 347mm (about 6-3/4" x 13-5/8

Opening (not including gasket): 121mm x 298mm (about 4-3/4" X 11-3/4")

Overall 191mm x 367mm (about 7-1/2" X 14-7/16"

Important notes and cautions:
1) Since they are manufactured in England, these parts are sized to metric dimensions. When supplied by Lewmar, we state the metric dimension for best accuracy.

2) Just because your boat is listed above, don't assume your boat has these ports installed. If Lewmar ran out of this port, Catalina could not just stop production. They may have been forced to use a different port or a port from a different manufacturer until more of these arrived stateside from the UK. Always confirm which ports you have by comparing dimensions and photos before ordering.
