Anybody heard of this?

The countersinks in the keel hangers on my C-22 are about 1/4" deeper on one side compared to the other. One side will take the standard 5/16"x1-1/4" bolts but on the other side, the bolts bottom out before drawing the keel hanger up tight. I had to cut the new bolts shorter.
