At times I like to open the front hatch from the outside but the dogs that hold it closed fall back into place (I have them loose) so I can't get it open due to the latches. Found that the 3-M wall hooks with the stickey backs work great. Use the ones with the metal hooks that move. You loosen the dog latch, push it up, move the 3-M metal hook and let the screw portion of the latch rest on the hook. This keeps it out of the way so the front hatch can be easily opened. |
