I have a friend who owns a fiberglass shop and I got a few pieces off of one of his old pools.
I plan on making my own spacers with these. I'll cut some like washers to slide over the pin on both sides of the keel and i'll also epoxy some on each side of the keel to keep it centered while down.
Do any of you think this will work?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks

12/27/2004 7:53 PM Pacific Time Hello Dwayne,
Be sure to measure the keel slot carefully for the keel shims. I installed a set on my boat and the keel would not drop down properly. I had to grind off about half before the keel operated properly.
