My mainsheet is pretty much shot it's been so twisted around by the old owner. How long of a line would you recommend, and what size, for a 1987 C22? thanks!

Don't know if you got your answer or are still tracking this but I believe the answer is 65 feet and 3/8ths.

I think the mainsheet should be long enough to allow the boom to swing out sufficiently like a wing and wing situation (to the aft lowers) and still have sufficient line in your hand to control the boom.
