Hi. My cabin top hatch on the '87 C22 I just bought is a little difficult to open. It doesn't slide smoothly, sticking in spots. I've cleaned the track (including teak guide track) but that didn't help all that much. Is it possible that the teak track itself is a little tight and the screws from the underside need to be adjusted? Is there a lubricant available for such application. Any ideas on what I can try? Thanks. |

I read on a different posting to try candle wax, and tried it, seamed to work fine, resists water, hatch slid almost too freely after. |
