Used to join two lengths of any coax cable which each have one of our part #Z5703, PL-259-G male coax connectors. Gold plated to minimize signal loss.
A common use is where a connection must be made at the mast step (typically inside the boat). One length of coax leads from your VHF to a location near the base of the mast. Another length leads from the antenna at the masthead, through the mast and out near the base of the mast. It then leads through the deck and connects to the first length below decks using this double female connector.
