This set of companionway trim is specially designed to for retrofitting plastic crib boards onto the original Capri 22 that was equipped with the teak veneer plywood crib boards. Since these crib boards do not have the teak molding at the edge like the old plywood crib board did, the groove to accept the edge of the crib boards must be narrower for the plastic crib boards than for the plywood crib board. As a result, this set of companionway trim will not accept the plywood crib boards.
