Note: We ask who is you mast manufacturer in the drop-down menu above because your new mains’l must be built with different shape sail slides depending upon who manufactured your mast. The original mast fabricated by Catalina Yachts requires different slides than the later masts built by Seldén. The Seldén mast was used on newer boats and as a retrofit for an earlier mast that was replaced at some point. The easiest way to tell which mast you have is by referring to the photo of the mast steps at the left. The mast steps are not interchangeable, so your mast step on deck is an indication of which mast your boat is equipped with.

A word regarding our sail cloth:
We do not use cheap, no name fabric. We use primarily Dimension - Polyant sailcloth. Dimension is a German company with production facilities in Germany and the US. On occasion, when cloth weight demands it, we may use cloth by Contender. With head offices in the Netherlands, Contender has locations in the US and worldwide. Both companies manufacture high quality, premium Dacron sailcloth

2) A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be billed when your custom order is accepted. The balance will be billed when the product ships. This custom sail is made individually for you. The order may not be canceled nor may the sail be returned after the order is placed, so please choose carefully.

3) This is a custom made sail. You provide the information and we build it for you, exactly how you ask. Once you order it we are going to build it just for you, just as you asked. We never want to see it again, and no one else wants it either. So be careful and order it correctly the first time because it can't be canceled, returned, or magically changed into something different!
