Our tiller extensions have a quick release feature so they can be removed from the tiller. But sometimes its handy to clip the extension aft along the tiller if you are not using it just for a moment. This clip allows the tiller extension to be clipped to the tiller. Double check your tiller extension configuration to make sure that the tiller extension is close enough to the tiller to allow this clip to work. If not, a wedge might need to be added below the clip for it to work properly. Includes mounting screws.
