Protects you sails and sheets from chafe from the shrouds. Covers extend from the turnbuckle to the spreaders.

Boots protect the sheets when you tack from being snagged on the turnbuckles and cotter pins.

• (6) Turnbuckle covers with slit tops, turnbuckle must be passed through main part of boot
• (12) x 6' shroud covers, slit for installation

1) We always include shroud covers one size larger than the manufacturer specifies:
• Tight shroud covers collect and hold water against the wire. Loose covers allow air to circulate and dry after a drenching.
• Tight covers grip the wire and get permanently twisted if the genoa sheet is drug over them. Loose covers don’t tend to get twisted up over time.

2) We have tried the boots on the quick release levers and they are bit undersized for that application, so you may want to consider the leather cover options for those shrouds if so equipped.

3) Turnbuckle with T-bolt and toggle shown in the photo is for reference only and are not included in this kit.
