Used on Catalinas built after 1986 in lieu of earlier aluminum framed fixed port lights that were prone to leaking and were discontinued by the original manufacturer.

Replaces interim Plexiglas versions with holes and fasteners that tended to crack as the boat flexed. Replace all four port lights at the same time and use the fixture shown in the installation drawing or similar to eliminate the crack prone, not needed, fastener holes.

1) We need paper templates sent in for duplicating your windows. Order our required Z5712, Replacement Window Template Kit in May We Also Suggest below, which includes all of the appropriate supplies necessary for creating the templates as well as a video detailing the process. The cost of the kit will be credited towards your set of windows when they are completed. As color and thickness can vary from sheet to sheet we do recommend and currently offer these in complete sets.

2) We will bill A 50% nonrefundable deposit to your credit card when we accept your order for this item. The balance will be billed when the product ships.

3) This item does not conform to the shipping table in the Shopping Cart. Additional shipping must be calculated. When you place your order we always call with a shipping quote before billing your card. For a quote in advance, just call 800/959-7245.

4) This is a custom made part. You provide the information we need to build this product for you. Once you order it we are going to build it just for you, just as you asked. We never want to see it again, and no one else wants it either. So be careful and order it correctly the first time because it can't be canceled, returned, or magically changed into something different!
