Fabricated from Starboard Marine Plastic. Fits 1" diameter stainless tubing and mounts at the intersection of the vertical and horizontal rails where they meet at 90 degrees. Secured with beefy 5/16" stainless fasteners and Nylock nuts that won't loosen over time.
