High Temperature Alarm Switch

Part #: Z2752
$47.80
High temperature engine low pressure alarm switch for Universal diesels. This switch causes an alarm to sound warning of high engine temperatures, but only on boats built after 1989. Boats prior to that date may be upgraded by adding the appropriate kit found below under "May we also suggest"
Used on the following engines:
• M2-12
• M-18
• M-25
• M-25XPB
• M-30
• M-35
• M3-20
• M-35B
Includes switch, insulated terminal, and instructions.
Regardless if you are installing a water temperature sender or a water temperature switch, never use any type of Teflon tape or pipe joint compound on the threads. The sender or switch are modulating the connection of the instrument to the ground by way of the engine block. If you insulate the threads, they can't make the connection to ground and the instrument will not function properly.
