For 1-1/4"; shaft. This is the prop that was installed by the factory when the three blade prop option was ordered with a new boat. Used on the Catalina 42 with the 4JH3 engines.
Three blade props provide better performance under power than two blade props, especially when the going gets rough. They also help to stop the boat much faster when entering a slip under windy conditions or challenging circumstances. The trade off is slightly reduced performance under sail. Expect to lose about 1/4 to 1/2 knot.
