Catalina 36 mast step collar for a keel stepped mast for in-mast furling. It was also used on the later Catalina 42s with in-mast furling and standard full batten main masts. This collar provides a mounting point for the pins that support blocks at the base of the mast. It also is the point at which rubber blocks are installed around the mast to provide extra support where the mast passes through the deck. Note that the mast collar pins for the Catalina 36 and Catalina 42 are different.

1) This collar only fits the Catalina 36 with in-mast furling built during 1999 and later. Before that date the furling mast was not a normal factory option. However there may have been a few boats built by special request with a different rig. If you have a boat built before 1999 with a furling mast, call our tech support at 916/843-1971 for assistance.

3) The price includes only the mast collar casting. No hardware is included.
