Our standard replacement stanchions: 0.065" wall thickness
These HD stanchions: 0.120" wall thickness

Support leg:
OEM: 3/4" diameter (very little tubing left outside of holes for lifeline ferrule)
These HD stanchions: 1" diameter (more tubing for support after installing ferrule)

Support leg angle:
OEM: Angle of support leg too great to properly swage ferrule flush to leg.
These HD stanchions: Less angle allows proper swaging of ferrule to support leg.

Base:
OEM: 1/8" thick
These HD stanchions: 5/32"
