(2) 1/4"-20 stainless steel blind fasteners

To use these fasteners you will need to drill an oversized hole, 1/2" diameter, for inserting the fastener from above.

The toggles are inserted sideways to get through the 1/2" hole and then the straps are pulled to flatten behind the surface to which the fastener is passing / securing.

The plastic collar is slid down to the top of the 1/2" hole and the straps are cut off for installing the matching 1/4" - 20 fastener.
