anybody know where you can find used wheel steering systems that would work on a c27. new ones are pretty pricey and we all know we like a deal on things for our boats cause the dollars add up quickly. any help would be greatly appreciated. i thought maybe there would be some salvaged 27s out there with wheel steering but im not sure howto find them. thanks again

Greg you might try Bacon's in Annapolis MD. their web site is baconsails.com. they have a lot of new and used boat parts. If you know the part number you are looking for, they will find it.

Check www.minneysyachtsurplus.com in San Diego. Also google yacht or boat surplus, yacht or boat salvage and you will find more used parts business' which may have used steering parts. I remember doing that once and several in the Florida area came up. I've bought from Minneys and would recommend them. If you don't see exactly what you want on their website, call and ask as not everything they have is on their website. Good Luck
