I don’t see anything helpful at the manufacturer’s website and their inquiry form appears to be permanently broken:

Rig-Rite no longer stocks any parts for Barient or Barlow Winches. Both Barient and Barlow have been out of business for over a decade. Residual parts inventories and much of the remaining tooling has been acquired by The Australian Yacht Winch Company, who still offer many parts for these Winches. Their Barient/Barlow Parts Page is on-line @ www.arco-winches.com/barient.html."
