Model/Year: Catalina 22 new design

Hailing Port: my driveway		 10/09/2013 4:40 PM Pacific Time
Not my boat (yet). Present owner has had her for several years, in this same condition. Says there is very little flexing but a small amount of water does go through.

How serious a problem are we looking at? The boat is an '87, is there a wood core under there that's going to be rotten?

Would a layer of fiberglass mat over the entire sole put the whole thing to rest?

I'm new here, I guess there's no way to post a pic of said crack?
