I'm looking for some ideas for the gas tank I have on my 1982 C22. Presently, as most know, is that it sits inside the port cockpit locker. I guess I don't like the idea of the gas tank venting inside the boat (I've never had any problems, but would like to make it safer). I wouldn't mind putting it outside on the cockpit sole, but can't leave it there when I'm away from the boat. I'm thinking of building a box in the port locker and vent that to the outside.
Any thoughts or suggestions?? |

Wes, look under the topic C22/cabin/gasoline fumes for a detailed discussion on the topic.

Thanks, somehow I missed the posting under cabin...I'm usually pretty good about checking places before posting. |
