Customers report using as an oversize anchor roller bail when a CQR or similar oversize anchor is desired:
• Catalina 350
• Catalina 380
• Catalina 387
• Catalina 42 (equipped with a single anchor roller)

• Overall width: ~3-7/8"
• Inside reach (from center of mounting holes): ~4" (compressible for use on the 3-1/4" wide booms)
• Rod diameter: 3/8"
• Fastener hole diameter: 5/16"
• Requires 5/16" x 5" bolt (for use on boom)
• Center of mounting holes to under side of bail: ~4-1/8"

Although the mounting holes in this bail are 5/16" and the mounting holes in the anchor roller are 1/4", 1/4" fasteners work fine. If you are ambitious, the anchor roller could be drilled out to 5/16" if desired.

This bail is made one-at-a-time by a guy operating a machine. The result can be a slightly different width from one part to the next depending upon exactly how much he bent it. Being stainless steel (i.e. it is not plated) the metal is the same composition throughout. Bending it a bit to accommodate your use will not compromise its stainless characteristics. It may accommodate a similar use for other anchor rollers as well if the overall width of your roller assembly is within a reasonable proximity of this bail width.
