Regarding technical support: To accurately assist with tech support issues requires numerous questions and answers between yourself and our staff. E-mail is not an efficient way to provide this free service.

For help with all of your Catalina and Capri sailboat related tech support questions, please contact our experienced staff at the tech support number above. We'll put the lessons learned in over 45 years of sailing and supporting these boats at your disposal.

We cannot reply to technical questions e-mailed to the sales staff.


  • Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
  • Save all packaging.
  • Call the phone order desk at the appropriate number listed above.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are welcome on stock items within 30 days of shipment.
  • Special order and custom made items are not returnable (this includes line and custom rigging).
  • For product returns call for an RMA number. Note the number on the outside of your return package.
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Items returned for reasons other than a defect must be in new condition including original packaging and suitable for resale.

    Refunds or Credits:
  • Refunds for credit card purchase will be issued to your credit card account for the purchase price of the item.
  • A refund can only be credited to the same card number used for the original purchase.
  • Checks for refund of a purchase paid by check will be issued for the purchase price of the item no sooner than 10 working days after our receipt of your original payment check. Our contracts with the credit card companies prevent us from issuing a check for the refund of a purchase original paid by credit card.
  • At your option we will credit your account at The Foredeck or ship replacement product.
    If you have questions about your order, you may also contact our sales staff by using the form below.

    The fastest way to reach our sales staff is by phone. On busy days we receive over one hundred e-mails. We will respond but, depending upon the volume of mail, it may be the same day or several days later. We only ask that you choose either phone or e-mail. If you contact us both ways it will result in us responding twice and slow our response to the next sailor.
