For wind indication that is more convenient to see (though less accurate) than a Windex at the masthead, add a pair of these telltales to your shrouds. They pivot around the shroud so they don't tangle. And they don't snag on the shrouds like yarn. Check the Windex occasionally but avoid constantly looking at the masthead.
Sized for the 1/8" shrouds of a Capri 18, Catalina 22, and Catalina 22 Sport.
