This is a beautifully manufactured unit that also eases maneuvering as one lever controls both throttle and shift. The engine is in neutral when the handle in the vertical position as shown. Move the handle forward to engage forward. Move the handle farther forward to increase throttle. Move the handle aft of vertical to engage reverse, farther aft to increase throttle.

All components exposed to the elements including the handle and face plate are fabricated from highly polished stainless steel. The face plate will cover the old holes in the boat. A total of five holes must be drilled, four mounting holes and an additional hole that provides access for tension adjustment.
