Aqua lift muffler for the later Catalina 42. There are two known mufflers with minor differences in dimensions used on the Catalina 42, the early boats have 2" O.D. outlet as opposed to the 3" O.D.
It may be possible to retrofit this larger muffler to an earlier boat but the owner would have to check carefully for fit. A retrofit would also require replacing the exhaust hose downstream of the muffler with 3" hose.
