New source of teak parts located!

This item has been out of stock for a while. After 66 years supplying teak products for the marine industry, Catalina Yachts' primary manufacturer of wooden parts recently closed their doors. All of their equipment has been liquidated and the factory has been sold. Our extensive inventory of purchased when we learned of their pending closure teak parts was soon exhausted.
We looked far and wide until we found a way to fix this problem for our Catalina community.

We have contracted with an experienced marine millwright who is manufacturing teak parts for us using the original patterns developed for Catalina's original equipment parts. We are excited about this ability to continue to offer replacements for your aging teak.

Teak portion of the Catalina 30 bowsprit. The shape of this piece is comparable to the newer version used on later boats. It may need to be modified to fit the older style boat. The teak shim used between the stainless steel plate (that connects to the deck) and the bow sprit is included in the price.
• Length of a side: ~25-1/8"
• Length on centerline: ~20-1/8"
• Overall width aft: ~9-1/2"
• Overall width forward: ~6-7/8"

1) Regarding Teak Prices: Due to the volatility of the price of teak wood all teak prices are our closest estimate. If the price indicated above has increased we will contact you prior to shipping.

2) The shape of the bow may vary depending upon the year of the boat and the actual mold your particular boat was built in. It is likely that some modification of the curve of the teak where it meet the bow will be necessary.
